Friday January 10

  • 11:30am-12:30pm Recommended boarding time to check in, get through security, enjoy the lunch buffet before the meeting. (11:30am earliest time)
  • 1:30pm- 4:30pm Team Pinnacle 2025 Kick Off General Session 1 -

    The Jamaica Room (Forward Deck 2)

    • 5:15pm Arrive in your assigned dining hall for dinner.  Find your ED to sit together!  Pinnacle is seated together for the first night.  
    • 5:30pm Dinner begins.  Do not be late or you won't get to sit with the group. 
    • Dancing, shows and fun to follow!

    Saturday January 11

    • 8:30am-12:00pm -  Team Pinnacle 2025 Kick Off General Session -

      The Jamaica Room (Forward Deck 2)

    • 12pm and on - Have Fun in Nassau, Bahamas!

    Sunday January 12

    • ENJOY COCO CAY PRIVATE ISLAND!
      (possible farewell dinner together on ship TBA)

    Monday January 13

    • 9am-  Arrive in Ft. Lauderdale to disembark.  Do not book your flight home before 11:30am or you will not make it in time.
